1 kg flour
250 g margarine/ or butter
400 g cow cheese cottage
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole egg
1 bag piece of yeast 42 g /or 14 g dry yeast
100 ml lukewarm water
Preparation:
Put the yeast to rise in 100 ml of lukewarm water and stir. Let it stand 15 min.
Then add flour, cheese, margarine, and salt.
Knead the dough until it is compact and smooth, and leave for 30 minutes to rise.
Then roll out the dough as thin as possible. Wrap it in a roll. Leave for another 10 minutes and then spread the dough again with a rolling pin.
Remove the cakes with a mold or a small glass, then arrange in a margarine-coated baking sheet or on baking paper.
Coat with beaten egg and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C. Buon appetito!
