Country Pizza is the way to make it yourself at home in a similar Italian way as in a pizzeria. The dough is prepared quickly and simply, it is an ideal meal for the evening hours if you have guests. To make this pizza you will need flour, yeast, water, oil and for fillings of your choice. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 1h 40 min.
Dough:
450 g smooth flour
5 g dry yeast
5 g sugar
250 ml lukewarm water
50 ml oil
Sauce:
200 g tomato sauce
50 ml olive oil EVO
5 g salt
1 tsp dried oregano
Filling:
300 g Italian prosciutto/ thin sheet and boiled
250 g grated mozzarella
10 black olives
arugula or basil to taste
50 g mushrooms/ cut into leaves
50 g spicy sausages/ optional
Preparation:
Dough:
In a deep bowl, pour lukewarm water, yeast, sugar and mix, add oil and gradually flour, knead in smooth dough.
When you have a smooth dough, leave it covered for about 1 hour.
Transfer the dough to the baking paper and spread it by hand, leaving the ends thicker.
When you do it, make sure it is the size of your oven tray.
Make the pizza sauce by mixing the all ingredients from the description and spread evenly, not too much in a thin layer!
After that, arrange thinly sliced prosciutto over the entire surface.
Arrange the mushrooms and olives as desired.
And sprinkle with mozzarella evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 12-15 minutes.
When the pizza is ready, sprinkle with arugula and serve warm.

NOTE:
You don't have to use all the ingredients for the filling if you don't want to, you can replace it with other ingredients, egg, artichokes, bacon, salami of your choice.
