Phenomenal Serbian traditional dish of cornflour, with semolina and eggs, which is made quickly and very tasty. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: cup — 200 ml. simple, total time 35 min. 10 servings
3 eggs
1 cup of semolina
2 cup of corn meal
2 cup of flour
500 ml mineral water
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cup of oil
1 bag of baking powder/ 10 g
Preparation:
In a deep bowl, first beat all the eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients. When you have obtained a uniform mixture, pour it into an oiled and floured pan and level it with a spatula. Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Cut into cubes, serve hot or cold for breakfast or dinner with great yogurt!

2. RECIPE OF CORN BREAD WITH SEMOLINA
INGREDIENTS: simple, total time. 35 min. cup-200 ml.
300 g of cheese
2 eggs
12 Tablespoons of corn meal
8 Tablespoons of wheat semolina
4 cups of milk
2 cups oil
1 baking powder/10 g
The procedure is the same as for the first recipe!
