This meal is traditionally from Serbia, this recipe is quite old and the way it is prepared is how our great-grandparents prepared it. It is easy to prepare and ready quickly, you will have a healthy meal on the table in just half an hour. This meal is ideal for breakfast or dinner. You can consume it with various coatings and some ham next to it. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: cup 200 ml, very easy, total time: 40 min.
12 Tablespoons of corn meal
4 Tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 cup mineral water
250 g of white cow cheese
100 ml of oil
1 bag of baking powder/10 g
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl, do not chop the cheese too much — it is better when larger pieces remain. Grease a baking tray (or molds and muffin tins, which I often use) with melted margarine and hand out the dough.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven, first 10 minutes at 200 °C and then another 20 minutes at 180 °C. Check the dough with a toothpick.
When done, cover with a clean cloth and leave to cool for 10–15 minutes and serve.

2. RECIPE OF CORN BREAD WITH CHEESE
Ingredients: Cup — 200 ml, simple, total time: 35 MIN.
2 whole eggs
1 sour cream
1 glass of plain flour
1 cup of corn meal
1 glass of milk
150 g of feta cheese / or any
1 bag baking powder/ 10 g
1/2 tsp pinch of salt
1 cup of oil
Preparation:
Mix all the wet ingredients, crumble the cheese and add to the mixture, then add the mixed white and corn flour with baking powder. It is best to knead by hand with a wire. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at a temperature of 200 °C for about 20 minutes until do not form an orange-yellow crust.

3. RECIPE OF CORN FLOUR WITH CHEESE
Ingredients:
150 g corn meal
150 g of flour
180 g of cheese (optional)
100 ml of oil
2 eggs
1 baking powder
half a teaspoon of salt
120 ml of milk
120 ml of water
Preparation:
Crush the cheese. Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
Grease a tray with oil and flour, pour the mixture over it and level it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

It can be served with an appetizer as well as the main course, as a hot or cold addition, it can be eaten alone or with yogurt, sour milk, as breakfast or dinner.
