Delicious summer salad rich in vitamins, easy to make and very tasty. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min.
For Frying:
1 pack of chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp olive oil
Mix it all well. Put in hot oil and grill for 10 minutes on both sides, remove when done, put it on the side.
Yogurt dressing for Topping
2 Tbsp primrose/finely chopped
1 cup of yogurt- 200 ml Greek
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
lime juice 1 tbsp
Mix it well, and set aside.
Salad:
1 head of lettuce/ cut on little parts
1 head of red onion/ finely chopped
1 medium diced tomato
1 small red bell pepper/ diced
4 Tbsp or cup of sweet corn can also be cooked brown beans
All ingredients for salad mix well, and after mix it with meat what have you grilled.
Mixed yogurt will serve as a topping.
