200 ml of unsweetened and cold coffee
200 ml of fresh sweet cream
about 40 g of powdered sugar
Preparation:
Pour the coffee into a bowl, then add powdered sugar and mix well.
Whisk the cream separately, gradually adding it to the coffee and sugar mixture.
The mixture must be mixed with a mixer for a few minutes, before it is placed in the freezer, leave it to cool for at least 2-3 hours before you enjoy it.
When you take the cream out of the freezer, pass it once more with a mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
NOTE:
Before you start stirring, make sure that your cream and coffee are well cooled in the refrigerator.
