500g Mascarpone
3 Tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of coffee
chocolate chips to taste
1 giant brioche
Preparation:
Before starting to prepare Coffee Cream for Brioche the recipe, it is important to take a little trick to get the best result: make sure you take the Mascarpone out of the fridge about 30 minutes before preparation.
Mix first mascarpone with sugar, then add all other ingredients. Together, whisk until a nice spreadable cream is created (add coffee if it remains too firm).
Cut the brioche and fill it with the mixture obtained. Keep it cool and serve it. Enjoy in bites!
