Coconut Rolls

Coconut rolls, very tasty and soft dessert. Ready dough in just 10 minutes. Simple preparation is quick and easy! These rolls are shaped by hand and are quick to make. For this recipe you will need one egg, butter, coconut, flour, and sugar. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
250 g butter/ room temp.
1 egg
a pinch of salt
100 g of powdered sugar
100 g of coconut flour
1 slice of lemon juice/ optional
400 g of flour
Preparation:
Knead the dough from all the listed ingredients.
Start by mixing the soft butter and sugar, then add the egg and then the rest of the ingredients.
The butter should soften at room temperature.
When you have made the mixture, form a ball of dough and let it stand in the fridge about 20-30 minutes.
Spread it to a thickness of about 1 cm, then use a mold or your hands to make horseshoes and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake in heated oven for about 15-17 minutes at 175 °C.
Cover the rolls with aluminum foil as needed and bake until the end.
These rolls must be lighter, they must not get in the way.
When they are ready, roll them in powdered sugar and serve with coffee, tea or as a simple sweetening after lunch.
