Here is a recipe for coconut rolls as I make it. They are very tasty, soft, and fragrant. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
400 g flour
250 g coconut flour
100 g sugar
1 butter 250 g
2 eggs
1 bag vanilla sugar/10 g
Preparation:
Mix first butter which was on room temperature, then add eggs mixed with sugar, mix it well, add flour and coconut flour gradually. The dough must be uniform and compact.
Make small buns, place the formed rolls on baking paper on an oven tray, and bake at 175 °C, 15 -20 min.
Be careful not to be dark, roll in vanilla sugar mixed with sugar powder. Buon appetito!
NOTE: If you want, you can roll the ends in chocolate glaze to make it look even more beautiful!
