Chocolate Coconut Roll

  • The beautiful taste of coconut, chocolate and crispy biscuit. This roll is prepared simply and easily and is so delicious! Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min.
  • 250 g of coarsely ground biscuits

  • 150 g of sugar

  • 100 g of dark chocolate

  • 150 ml of milk

Stuffing:

  • 125 g of butter

  • 150 g of powdered sugar

  • 100 g of coconut

Preparation:
  1. Melt first the chocolate with milk and sugar on the stove, on slightly moderate heat (or in the microwave) then remove from heat, add grounded biscuits, mix well so that the mass is neither thick nor thin. Take a tray with less deep sides and place baking paper or foil.

  2. Pour the mixture and flatten a little, leave it for 5 minutes to cool down.

Make the Filling

  1. For the filling, beat butter well then add a powdered sugar until foamy, then add coconut.

  2. Spread the resulting filling over the dark part, then roll it into a roll.

  3. Before serving, leave in the refrigerator 3 hours to cool and set.

  4. When the time has passed, unroll the roll and decorate it with coconut flour. Enjoy in bites!

NOTE: If you do not have milk and sugar, you can use only milk chocolate with biscuit by increasing the amount to 350 g. with the amount of biscuits 200 g. Make sure that the biscuit is coarsely ground, so the roll will be much tastier, and of course you don't need to add sugar at all because milk chocolate is sweet and sugary by itself. If you are a fan of white chocolate, you can also use this recipe. In any case, there would be decorations of the corpse with dark chocolate and coconut, all according to your imagination.
