A wonderful and delicious chocolate cake ready in less than 40 minutes. An ideal treat for any occasion and celebration. Tobacco and creamy and juicy. Follow the recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min.
Base:
150 g of ground biscuit
100 ml of milk
100 g of melted butter
100 g of granulated sugar
100 g of melted cooking chocolate
Cream:
200 g of melted milk chocolate
400 ml of whipping cream
300 g of Mascarpone
130 g of powdered sugar
Frosting:
150 ml of sweet cream
150 g of cooking dark chocolate
Preparation:
Base:
Stir in ground biscuits, milk, melted butter, sugar and melted cooking chocolate.
Place a ring with a diameter of 25-26 cm on the tray and spread the mixture.
Evenly arrange and align with the bottom of the glass.
Put the base in the fridge while you make the cream.
Cream:
Whip the whipping cream until stiff. That way, you will get a nicer and creamier cream.
In another deep bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar with a mixer at medium speed.
Add the melted and cooled milk chocolate and mix everything well.
Add the prepared whipped cream to the cheese mixture and gently mix the ingredients with a hand mixer.
Spread the mixture in the mold over the base.
Place the cake in the refrigerator while you prepare the frosting.
Glaze:
Heat the sweet cream until it boils at a medium temperature.
Add chopped cooking chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Leave the glaze to cool a little, and then pour it over the cream.
Put the cake in the fridge to set, preferably overnight.
You can serve with chocolate topping,
