Chocolate Bombs

  • A wonderful dessert of chocolate balls that are very easy to prepare and an ideal and decorative treat for all occasions. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min.
  • 100 g dark chocolate

  • 100 g of ground walnuts

  • raisins to taste/ optional

  • 250 g of ground biscuits

  • 250 g of powdered sugar

  • 250 g of butter/room temperature

  • 2 Tbsp of rum/ optional

Preparation:
  1. Using a mixer, beat the room temperature butter with the powdered sugar.

  2. Then add the biscuits, walnuts and rum, but set aside one full spoon of the crushed biscuits for sprinkling later.

  3. Mix well, then knead the mixture until it is compact.

  4. Shape into a ball, and place 1-3 raisins in the center of each ball.

  5. Melt the chocolate and pour it over the balls.

  6. Arrange them in baskets and while the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle with ground biscuits. Let it cool a few hours in the refrigerator.
