400 g chicken breast/ minced
60 g of carrots/ finely chopped
90 g of onion/ finely chopped
1 tsp red ground pepper
40 g potato/ finely chopped
100 g tomatoes/ or (zucchini)/ finely chopped
5-6 Tbsp breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped
10 g of fresh parsley/ finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
100 ml of vegetable oil
50 g of butter/ chopped into thinner leaves
1 garlic clove/ chopped into thinner leaves
100 ml of hot water
Preparation:
Wash and clean all the vegetables well. Cut them into pieces, and put them in a blender to blend.
Pour the mixture into a deeper bowl.
Cut the chicken meat into pieces and put in a blender, add 1 egg and breadcrumbs and blend well and add to the previous mixture.
Season with dry ingredients and add pepper and mix well with your hands.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the elapsed time, take a frying pan and pour 100 ml of oil and wait for it to heat up well on a moderately moderate heat.
Using a spoon, pull out the mixture the size of a small hamburger and form in the pan, bake until it turns brown on both sides.
Fry for about 8 minutes.
Place the donuts on a plate with a kitchen towel to soak up the rest of the oil.
After place them into one deeper vessel and with the chopped butter on the flakes pass over these fritters, pour over fritters with 100 ml of hot water, add the chopped garlic to the flakes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with some vegetables or salad, french fries.
