Here is one of my recipes with chicken and curry and sour cream. It is very tasty and juicy, I believe that you have not made it before, that this recipe will always be at hand and that you will always make it. It doesn't take much time, at least for me, but it's worth the effort. Preparation is about 20 minutes and in total you need another 60 minutes. The recipe is great! Follow recipe.
Ingredients: medium, total time: 80 min. 6 servings
1 kg /1 pack of chicken fillets
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp curry
a little olive or some other oil
red fresh paprika/ diced
150 g bacon/ diced
1–2 cloves garlic/ finely chopped
500 ml cooking sour cream
2 tsp mustard
100-150 g cheese Trappist/ grated
sprinkle with chopped spring onions if desired
little oregano if you do not have spring onions
50 Parmesan cheese grated
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breasts in half and pat with a towel to remove excess water. Use a knife to cut the chicken in filet 5 mm.
Sprinkle the fillet with olive oil and coat the chicken, add salt and pepper to the meat, then add a 2 tsp curry and mix well meat. Leave a meat 15 min, in this marinade.
Coat the refractory dish with a little olive oil, then transfer the chicken filet and fill the slits with thinly sliced cheese, bacon, and paprika. Roll up the fillets and hook them with a toothpick and arrange them.
You can put the rest of the paprika, bacon and a little cheese of 20 g, over the chicken fillets.
In one bowl, pour the cooking sour cream, to which you need to add mustard, salt, and pepper. Then grate the Trappist cheese, add 1–2 cloves of garlic and mix everything well.
Pour over the chicken and place in an already preheated oven, then bake at 180-190 °C and bake until the chicken gets a nice color. If necessary, you can increase the temperature to 200 °C after a while.
When it gets colored, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over the sour cream and let it simmer. If you want, you can sprinkle this dish with finely chopped spring onions.
Bake a total of about 45-60 min. depending on the oven!
NOTE: I didn't use mustard and spring onions because I didn't have.
Certainly the taste is great and without that, don't worry about it if you don't have that material, put the oregano in a chicken fillets if you like.
Buon appetito!
