Chia Seed Drink Lena

  • A healthy drink made from chia seeds in combination with fruit, coffee, milk, or tea. The choice is yours, I used blueberry juice, yogurt, and chia seeds here. A very healthy combination. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: for 2 people, simple
  • 40 g chia seeds

  • milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice

  • 250 ml of cold water

Preparation:
  1. Pour chia seeds into a jar, pour cold water, stir and leave for 15 minutes.

  2. After that, stir again and do so 2 more times, every 15 minutes, stir.

  3. Close the jar and leave it in the fridge to stand overnight.

  4. The next day, make a drink of gelatinous chia seeds to your liking.

  5. Don't use the juice you pour, but blend the fruit or squeeze it!

  6. Mix the same amount of seeds and liquid and put them in drinking glasses.
