Juicy and irresistible cheesecake with Nutella and yogurt, a phenomenal cake that you must try. A quick cake, it is very easy to prepare. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 50 min.
Biscuits:
250 g of dry biscuits
100 g of butter
Fill:
400 g of cottage cheese
300 g of spreadable cheese
100 g of whole white yogurt
4 eggs
140 g of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Topping:
200 g of Nutella
hazelnuts if you like chopped
Preparation:
Mix the ground biscuits and melted butter, combine it well, take a 26 cm cake tin and line it with baking paper. Place the mixture on the bottom and flatten the crust with a spoon and put it in the fridge to cool. Meanwhile, knead the filling.
Mix eggs and powdered sugar combine well, then add cream cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass and add vanilla extract and stir again. Take a mold with the crust and spread the cream and flatten everything well with a spatula.
Then take the Nutella and pour it into a cake syringe and decorate the cheesecake and let it cool for 2 hours.

NOTE: For best results, refrigerate overnight. Garnish with more chopped Tim Tam biscuits before serving, if desired. This is optional!
