Carob Mediterranean chocolate is an unfairly neglected food, which, due to its composition, represents a healthy cocktail of vitamin and mineral intake. The list of diseases and problems it protects against is very broad. Contains calcium, potassium, copper, riboflavin. I have a couple of saved recipes from the health book that I will share with you. Recipe of Carob with Coconut
2 Drinks:
2 Tbsp carob powder
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp of date syrup or honey
1/4 tsp salt
400 ml of full fat coconut milk
Carob Drink with Almond
2 cups of almond milk/ 200 ml
2 Tbsp of Carob powder
2 Tbsp of honey
1/2 Tbsp of extract vanilla
1/4 Tbsp of cinnamon
Carob Drink with Cocoa
1 Tbsp of Carob powder
1 Tbsp of cocoa
2 Tbsp of honey
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
400 ml bio vegetable milk
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well.
Combine the drink in a pot, heat it but do not let it boil.
Pour into mugs and serve while warm. Enjoy in healthy drinks!
