Calf Liver Pâté

  • Here is a nice recipe how to make calf's pate at home with very few ingredients, you can get a wonderful meal for breakfast or dinner. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min.
  • 300 g of calf's liver

  • 50 g of bacon

  • 50 g of butter

  • thyme to taste

  • olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Remove the veins from the liver and cut into cubes. Chop the bacon and fry it in olive oil. Season the liver with salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove the fried bacon and replace it with seasoned liver. When the liver is fried, leave it to cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. When it cools down a little, put it in a blender and blend it with butter cut into pieces. When it's blended, add the bacon, stir, and return to the refrigerator to cool completely before serving.
