250 g ground biscuits
150 g butter
500 g cream cheese
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
2 lemons
Preparation:
Grate the rind of 2 lemons and squeeze 1 lemon.
Put cream cheese in a bowl, add sugar, zest, lemon juice, and mix into the cream.
Add eggs and mix until you get a homogeneous cream.
Grind the biscuits and add the melted butter, mix well and press into a greased mold 24 cm, making the edges 2-3 cm high.
Pour the cream on the base.
Bake in a preheated oven at 140 °C for 35 minutes.
