Cake for 15 minutes

  • A refreshing no-bake, sparkling and soft cake vanilla and strawberry cake. The cookies are arranged in a mold, not made, so you get a lot of time. Literally, a cake ready in 15 minutes. Follow the recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 30 min. 30 x 35 cm or mold 22 cm

For Pudding:

  • 2 bag vanilla pudding powder/ 40 g each

  • 200 ml milk

  • 4 full Tablespoon sugar

  • 1 bag vanilla sugar/ 10 g

Other:

  • 700 ml milk

  • 20 g butter

  • 500 g strawberries cut in half/ or raspberries

  • 1 small pack Ladyfingers — Savoyardi/ 210 g

  • 200 ml lukewarm milk

  • 150 g ground plasma biscuits/ for sprinkle

Decoration:

  • 1 bag whipped cream/ or 200 ml sweet cream

  • chocolate flakes to taste or ground plasma biscuits

  • mold 24 cm/ or baking dish 30×35 cm

Preparation:
  1. Before starting to make the cake, wash the strawberries well, remove the stalks and soak them in water for 30 minutes with 1 teaspoon of baking soda. After that, rinse 3 times, then cut them in half, and set aside.

  2. Grind the plasma biscuit and set aside.

  3. Dip the ladyfingers in lukewarm milk. Arrange the ladyfingers in the baking sheet (or cake tin) side by side, one row only. Then sprinkle with crushed plasma biscuits where the open space is visible. And put it aside.

  4. Add vanilla sugar and sugar to taste to 700 ml of milk. I added 4 full spoons of sugar, it depends on how sweet you want it to be! Once the milk is heated, reduce the heat.

  5. Mix the pudding powder in a cup with 200 ml of milk, without lumps. Add the mixture to the hot milk, stir until the mixture becomes thick, then reduce the heat. When you get the desired consistency, remove from the stove, add butter and mix well with a whisk.

  6. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the ladybugs, then insert the strawberries on several sides, level the cream, and sprinkle 50 g of ground plasma biscuits over the entire surface.

  7. Top with the rest of the pudding, add the strawberries again, and level, then sprinkle with the plasma biscuit again.

  8. The cake prepared in this way will cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, during which time you will whip the whipped cream.

  9. Beat the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag until stiff. Decorate the cake and level it with a spatula.

  10. After that, add chocolate flakes, or ground plasma biscuit, continue to cool the cake for the next 2 hours. Cut into slices and serve.

Buon appetito!

NOTE:

  • Keep the cake in the fridge for up to 6 days!

  • I cut the rest of the ladyfingers in half and put it on the back filling between the strawberries, you can do the same, but first soak them in milk for a 2 second.
