Cag Kebab-Turkish Meal

Cag Kebab original Turkish recipe, this is a traditional Turkish meal of lamb. It is prepared quickly and easily, and so delicious! Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time:
600 g of boneless and lean lamb
1 small onion/ or 2-3 cloves of garlic-minced
1 Tbsp of salt
2 Tbsp of black pepper
12 wooden skewers
Preparation:
To make Cag kebab at home, start the preparations the day before.
Beat the meat flat in the butcher and salt it.
Grate the onion and mix with black pepper.
Cover the meat with black pepper onion mixture and cover it with cling film and put it in the fridge to rest overnight.
Slice the meat thinly like doner (thin cubes) and put it on skewers.
Place the skewers on the tray.
Set the oven to 250 °C, and heat it.
Place the tray close to the top grill of the oven.
Reduce heat to 200 °C.
After cooking the meat for half an hour, take the tray from the oven and turn the skewers upside down, put it back in the oven, cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Your homemade Cag kebab is ready!
You can serve it with grilled tomatoes and peppers.
