This is how I prepare kale soup with sausage, it tastes wonderful and is healthy, non-caloric, try it, it's really fantastic and good. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 60 min. 4 servings
1 small head of kale
3 potatoes/ diced
100 g bacon/ diced
2 sausages/ into rings
1 onion/ finely chopped
2 carrots/ into rings
1 parsnip/ chopped
stem and leaf celery/ finely chopped
20 g butter
1 tsp dry spice, Vegeta ( you can do it also without it)
1 tsp red ground pepper
2 bay leaf
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil, add the bacon when the onion has a glassy yellowish appearance.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and carrots, parsnips and celery, chop them into cubes.
Put in a bowl and let simmer for a few minutes.
Season with dry spice-vegeta Add butter after 5 min.
Gradually add water after season with salt, pepper, red pepper, add bay leaf.
Add the chopped kale, cook the sausages that you cut into rings until the vegetables soften.
Calculate that the water should always be 2 fingers above the vegetables. If it is rare for you, add a little flour with water and finally add the parsley. Serve warm.
