Light Mediterranean food with seafood, and in a wine sauce. It can be served as an appetizer. It is easy to prepare and ready quickly. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 45 min., 2 serving
1 package of frozen seafood cleaned-300 g/ clams, mussels or shrimps and prawns
1/2 onion/ finely chopped
1/2 red onion/ finely chopped
20 g butter
2 Tablespoon of olive oil EVO
fresh parsley/ finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic/ finely chopped
1/2 fish cube for soup/ or vegetable soup
salt and black pepper/ or white pepper to taste
120 ml dry white wine
4 toast bread
1/2 lemon juice
Preparation:
Clean the shells first. If the mussel is open, touch the shell, and if it just closes, it means the mussel is alive and can be used. Discard any remaining open shells.
Rinse the clams with cold water and if there is still grass, remove it by pulling it down.
Put oil in a larger deep-frying pan. Wait for it to warm up well.
Add finely chopped onion, red onion, and add little salt. Let the onion soften well and become yellowish.
After a few minutes, add the cleaned seafood, black pepper, and stir well. Let everything combine. Immediately after, add white wine, the alcohol must evaporate, add the soup cube, butter, and garlic stir well to this mixture. Cook for about 15 minutes, add wine as needed. At the end, add the chopped parsley, lemon juice and stir everything well. Control the taste, add spices if necessary. Cover, and cook for another minute, stirring occasionally. Serve in a deep bowl on the table with toasted bread. Enjoy in bites!
