Brussels sprouts are my favorite dish in autumn and winter, they are very healthy, and I always prepare them like this, without a lot of additives, which makes it tastier and healthier. It doesn't need to be cooked too much, just 5 minutes in boiling water. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 20 min. 2 servings
350 g Brussels sprouts/ cut in 1/2 or whole
4 Tbsp Olive oil EVO/ or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp apple acid cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic/ optional
pinch of turmeric/ optional
Preparation:
Wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the hard bottom part in a thin layer.
In a small pot, pour water and add 1 teaspoon of salt, wait to boil.
When is boiling add Brussels sprouts, cook about 5-6 minutes.
Strain and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
If you want, you can cut them in half.
Add sprouts in a deep salad bowl, add: salt, pepper, olive oil, apple acid cider vinegar if you want, add garlic, pinch of turmeric, mix it all well.
Leave to cool at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
Serve.

Keep the rest covered in the refrigerator, take it out 30 minutes before consumption.
