Ingredients: simple, total time: 10 min.
8 pieces of sliced baguette
butter as needed
2 handful matavilz salad
130 g smoked salmon
1 lemon/ sliced
Preparation:
Cut the baguette into 8 pieces of 1 cm thickness and flatten them.
Let them cool down a bit, then brush with butter, cut the salmon into smaller pieces the size of a baguette, put them on the bruschetta, sprinkle with a little oregano.
Arrange in a plate and put a salad with a piece of cut lemon wedge in between. Serve immediately.
