Broccoli Salad

  • A simple and delicious broccoli salad. I like broccoli prepared this way the most, and the salad can go with almost all dishes. It's easy to prepare and ready quickly! The only thing is that you have to cool the salad in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, cooking time: 7 min., total time: 40 min. 4 serving
  • 1 package of frozen broccoli/ or 1 head of fresh broccoli

  • 1 teaspoon salt + for seasoning salad to taste

  • pinch of black pepper

  • water for cooking

  • olive oil EVO to taste

  • Apple cider vinegar

  • 3 cloves of garlic/finely chopped

Preparation:
  1. Pour water into a medium saucepan and wait for it to boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt.

  2. When the water boils, add the broccoli and cook for about 5 minutes. After the second boiling, cook for another 2 minutes. Strain the broccoli well and cool for about 30 minutes.

  3. Place well-strained broccoli in a deep salad bowl, add salt, black pepper to taste, vinegar, raspberry oil and finely chopped garlic. Stir everything well.

  4. If you want to cool this salad for better taste, put it in the fridge for half an hour, then serve.
