My aunt's recipe, she loved this cake! I will share an old recipe for a cake made of walnut biscuits and coffee, it takes you about 40 minutes to make this beautiful cake, you will enjoy every bite. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 40 min, 20 servings
Biscuit:
780 g of petite biscuits (in one piece)
250-300 ml of hot sweetened black coffee
Fill 1 :
200 g margarine/ or butter-room temperature
500 g ground walnuts
150 g of sugar
1 full teaspoon ground coffee
100 ml of water
Fill 2 :
2 bags of chocolate puddings/ 80 g total
700 ml of milk
200 g margarine/ or butter-room temperature
250 g powdered sugar/ you can also use less, about 200 g
For Decorating Glaze
100 g dark chocolate +30 g butter/ or whipped cream
Preparation:
FILL 1 :
Melt the sugar with a little water until boiling, then steam the ground walnuts a few minutes together until the mixture is uniform, and set aside. Leave to cool a few minutes.
Combine the cooled walnuts with the whipped margarine and a 1 full teaspoon of ground black coffee. Set aside. That is Fill 1.
Fill 2:
Mix both bags of pudding in 200 ml of milk, pour the rest of the milk into a pan to heat.
When the milk has become warm, before boiling, pour the mixture of puddings, mix until you get the right thickness of smooth cream. Turn off the heat and let the pudding cool, covered with foil.
Mix already mixed butter with powdered sugar into the cooled pudding, until you get a creamy mixture. That's Fill 2.
Processing:
After that, you are ready to make coffee for dipping the biscuits, sweeten to taste, you can add some rum liqueur, for example, I didn't add it because of the children.
Soak the petite biscuits in hot coffee, arrange them side by side in a tray. I soak the biscuits a short time in coffee.
When the row of biscuits is ready, coat with cooled chocolate pudding cream, then arrange biscuits again, then walnut cream, do everything in this way until you have finished all the material.
Cover the top of the cake and the sides of the cake with chocolate pudding cream.
Put the cake aside and prepare the chocolate glaze.
Glaze:
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over a slightly moderate heat.
When it's melted, put it aside and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Pour the glaze over the cake and level it, decorate with almonds and walnuts. You can also decorate the glaze with whipped cream, it's all a matter of taste.

You can use butter instead of margarine.
Whipped cream can be used instead of chocolate glaze.
If it seems to you that the cake is a big bite and quantity, you can make this cake with one of the fillings on offer, thus reducing the amount of this cake in half.
