Beetroot Salad

  • Creamy beetroot salad, juicy and healthy. Simple and quick preparation. Follow recipe.

Ingredients: simple, total time: 15 min.
  • 1 beetroot/ grated

  • 100 g of Parmesan cheese/ grated

  • 2 carrots/ grated

  • 3 cloves of garlic/ minced

  • 70 ml of sour cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil to taste

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
  1. Clean the beets and carrots, grate them and add finely chopped garlic.

  2. Pour over everything with sour cream and Parmesan cheese, add spices and mix.


Enjoy in the perfect salad!


NOTE:

  • Cover the rest of the salad and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
