Steak in soy marinade sauce is a quick and easy way to prepare it. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time 35 min.
1 beef steak
125 ml soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 spring onions/ green part
50 ml olive oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 bunch of parsley
Preparation:
Combine all the marinade ingredients, add the steak and leave in the fridge to stand overnight.
Bake the steak on a well-heated grill pan for 5–8 minutes on both sides, depending on which you like, res baked or not.
The marinade juice will turn dark brown, so when the steak is done, I usually cover it to soften it a bit.
Cut the finished steak diagonally and pour over the sauce you made in the pan in which you fried the steak.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add 1 tablespoon of flour and fry the flour over low heat.
To this you add a little beef soup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, stirring constantly to get a compact mass-sauce.
Pour the prepared sauce over the steak, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Beef steak is typically served with homemade bread and lemon-butter spread made this way. Buon appetito!
