Ingredients: simple, total time: 70 min.
150 g sugar
2 large eggs
250 g flour type 00
110 ml seed oil
1 bag of baking powder/10 g
cinnamon to taste
3 well ripe bananas
50 g walnuts grounded
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Grease and flour a bread pan.
Peel a banana, grate it and slice it with a fork to make a creamy mixture.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl mixer when the mixture is thick and fluffy, add a little salt, slowly pour in the oil and mix constantly lightly.
Add bananas and sift flour and baking powder, then mix well so that no lumps form.
Add the ground walnuts and mix well with a spatula to combine the mixture evenly.
Sprinkle cinnamon in varying amounts according to your personal taste, and then transfer to a mold.
Bake for about 40–50 minutes, depending on the oven. Check the dough with a toothpick, if it is dry, take out the cake, if it is wet, continue baking for another 5 minutes on the lowest shelf of the oven.
You can sprinkle it with honey sugar and brown sugar to make a crispy and golden crust. Buon appetito!
