Ingredients: cup-200 ml, baking dish 33 × 12 cm, simple, total time: 45 min.
1 cup spelled flour
1/2 cup carob powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 mashed bananas
1 egg
1/4 of melted butter/ or 60 g
1 Tablespoon of honey
1 cup carob chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Stir in the banana, honey, and melted butter, add the rest of the ingredients except the walnuts.
When you have obtained a homogenous mixture, add chopped walnuts at the end, and stir well again.
Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular pan and level it, bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Buon appetito!
