Baked hake in my way of licking your fingers, try it and see for yourself. It is not difficult to make. Follow recipe.
Ingredients: simple, total time: 70 min. 4 serving
1 kg headless hake
3 Tablespoons cornflour
3 Tablespoons white flour
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
dry spice
1–2 teaspoons of garlic powder
Marinade:
1 Tablespoon garlic in granules
6 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
salt to taste
Preparation:
Mix both types of flour, ground red pepper, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme on a plate.
It is important to dry the fish well beforehand, it must not be wet at all, do it several times with a napkin.
Roll each fillet in the prepared mixture and arrange it on baking paper.
When everything is done, sprinkle the fish with oil and put it in the oven to bake at 180 °C for about 20–25 minutes.
Then take out the baking tray and turn each piece of fish to get a nice yellow color, bake for another 20–25 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade: stir garlic, olive oil, finely chopped primrose with and apple vinegar or lemon juice.
When the fish is done, pour it into another bowl with a lid. Arrange the first row of fish, then the marinade and so on until you run out of material, cover, and leave for a while for the fish to soak in the marinade.
Serve with potato salad or baked potatoes as you like.
Buon appetito!
