Avocado Smoothie

  • A fantastic avocado smoothie drink makes of different fruits. Extremely healthy, so I recommend this drink to all people who want to lose weight without feeling hungry. This avocado smoothie doesn't taste like guacamole at all. Instead, it's like fresh lime sorbet. Thanks to avocados, bananas and pineapple, it has a delicious creamy texture that you can even replace with breakfast. In fact, it’s so good I’d even eat it for dessert!

Ingredients: 1 cup 240 ml, easy, total time: 10 min, 2-3 servings
  • 1/2 cup cubed frozen pineapple

  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach/ or 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 banana/ chopped

  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice/ plus 1/2 teaspoon zest

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 8 ice cubes

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, optional

Preparation:
  1. Prepare the ingredients above. Blend pineapple, spinach, avocado, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, maple syrup, salt, ice, and protein powder. Blend until it becomes a creamy mixture.

  2. Control the taste and add spices if necessary to your taste. If you like sweeter, add more maple syrup. If the mixture is too thick, add coconut milk and stir again.

Avocado Detox Recipe
Ingredients: cup 240 ml, easy, total time: 10 min., 2-3 servings
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup peeled and diced cucumber

  • 1/4 cup diced avocado.

  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (or to taste)

  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • 2.5 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced

  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach leaves

  • Same procedure like recipe above!
